Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unused
• Returned in original packaging

Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

 

 

🔧 Installed Systems

 

For professionally installed systems, the installation service begins with customer approval.

By proceeding with installation, the customer agrees to waive their 14-day cancellation right, as the service is fully completed on-site.

Installation services are non-refundable once completed.

However, we always ensure full system setup, testing, and customer satisfaction before completion. If any issues arise, our team will provide full support and assistance.
